NLTK

解决nltk包下载不了的问题。手动下载包[https://www.nltk.org/nltk_data/]放在指定目录/home/rambo/nltk_data，使用的时候导入。目录层级关系要对应/home/rambo/nltk_data/corpora/wordnet
